NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it in order to register for the 2010 New England Regional Leadership Conference.
The cost per attendee for the Regional Leadership Conference is $20 (USD). Checks should be made out to “Phi Theta Kappa New England.” Please send payment in full immediately to:

*Please note: to obtain a refund for registered participants, you must cancel the registration by October 1st.
Important Reminders:
• The registration deadline is October 1. Exceptions after that will only be made on a case-by-case basis by contacting the regional office. We appreciate you meeting the deadline in order to help our planning go more smoothly.
• If you are registering your chapter, please remember to list yourself as a registrant yourself as well and not just the contact person.
• The last day to request refunds will be October 1; no refunds will be granted after that point.
• No special dietary accommodation requests can be guaranteed after the registration deadline of October 1.
• If you are attending on your own without your chapter, we encourage you to let your advisor(s) know so that they are aware their chapter is represented. Anyone who wishes to attend the event is welcome, even if their chapter is not sending them.
• All attendees at Phi Theta Kappa events must agree to and abide by the organization’s bylaws, which states: “Alcohol and unlawful controlled substances will not be permitted at any Phi Theta Kappa official conference events. Conference participants using alcohol or controlled substances will be asked to leave the conference immediately.” By submitting your registration, you agree that all listed registrants have both read and agreed to the policy, and to forfeit your registration costs if asked to leave the conference for violating these terms.
